I went to parents for dinner :) it was yummy, pork chop with chips, peas and corn & mushrooms with HP sauce & Creme Caramel & Red Wine :) I had beer as a pre-dinner drink :) I had a bacon sandwich tonight :) The pig is very versatile foodwise isn't it. On white bread with butter :)

I hate * she is a fucking bitch. * is right tho,when she starts shouldn't move back in Self-Defence & leave her to it. It's like when Cops are faced with a Dangerous Criminal, more than one is needed to subdue the Perp at times. Then again I am not armed like a Cop! * likes * tho (Scoffs) She is my most hated * She is Spiteful, she bites and scratches to full capacity, i.e to cause injury. I hate her. On a lighter & much happier note, a very happy b'day recently to * I love you * many more :) :)
She had Ice-Cream Cake & * made lovely cakes * did a Centrepiece etc. I bought some Chocs for * :) She's a Chocoholic like me. She will have more presents * later. Very nice of * to do the Cakes, they were very nice, so thank you * :) I can never forgive * for what she said earlier, but she has been trying hard to get along, so in the interest of workplace harmony so have I & it's so much better now we are not arguing all the time. I had my last drink. I think 2 months was too long before, which is why I relapsed. But I can do it, all I need is willpower :) I find it hard to stop tho.

I can't only have one drink, well I can but I think about another & etc & I don't always manage to resist. Sometimes I can have one drink & then resist having another, tho it will be on my mind literally all the time.

I have decided that I actually started my No Alcohol on August 3, not 1 as 3 was a Monday & start of the week :) so the Aug 2 backsliding doesn't count :D so when I backslid again on 8/3, that was my only Relapse. Works for me. So strictly speaking I have had 2 Relapses, but I only count one. The second was Cider :) I have to try harder. Especially as my food diet is on hold. I'll never lose weight at this rate. I am * kilos less than what I was in 2007, but I still need to lose more. I'm still overweight. I was never restricted by my weight, even at it's highest but it's not healthy really is it? I have a weakness for unhealthy food & beverage. I have to try harder with my alcohol use. I'm rarely inebriated so it's not that. It's the extra calories I'm concerned with when I'm abstaining from it. Here are some of my favourite things

This year is passing so quickly. Christopher Meloni & Mariska Hargitay are staying on SVU for 2 more years. I'm so pleased :) I bought some new clothes this week. * is so adorable I'm besotted :) we get along so well together. I went to 2 libraries this week; I read a lot of biography/memoir, if someone who lived through for instance the 1920's & writes about their childhood with bread & dripping etc I will read it. I also like books on Psychiatric & Developmental Disorders, so if you are a Schizophrenic & write about having it I will read your book. I'll read mostly anything though. I'm a book harlot he he :) I wonder how long * will be staying at * We get told nothing which is as usual.

I like to take a bath on occassion (I usually shower) but it sux when the water goes cold! I read in the bath usually. I also have a tendency to fall asleep. I didn't have to go to * :) * & * went instead * said it was boring. I bought some DVDs this week. I bought some books as well & went to the third library. I had a dream about * I was * :) I had HJ's this week,first time in ages. I had a Triple Cheeseburger of which I ate 3/4, ate 1/4 fries & drank all of the Coke. I usually have take-away once a fortnight on average.

As of this week I shall only drink on one of my day's off not both. I am very rarely intoxicated. You can't really on 4 alcopops. I don't eat much, but I do like naughty foods :) I don't have breakfast, I know I should but I can't. I exercise once in a while. I don't like to. I have as of last week or so been doing more tho. My highest weight ever was * & am now * which is good, but still need to lose more to get to * which is what I would like. I eat main meal at 3pm & sometimes a light snack (if I can't resist) at 9pm. I used to eat more at 9pm, but now I don't or just a little. Drinking is how I put weight on in the first place. So I have cut down because of that. I tend to drink vodka (either mixed by me or in alcopop form) as a rule. * & I have been getting along ok still. I still hate her, but I can live a lie (tell me why I run & hide) I suppose it's not really a lie as I'm just hiding the fact I want to push her down a flight of stairs. I wouldn't actually do it because of the Forensic Evidence that would be found. As long as she keeps her opinions to herself I will be nice & we will get along ok.

I take St John's Wort for PMS. Forever I resisted taking anything. This resulted in me having PMS every time. Expressed as Verbally Agressively as Possible as Rage was my Primary PMS Emotion. This caused considerable conflict. No-one likes to be called a Motherfucking Twat LOL. So now I take my meds :)
